Rules and Regulations

These Rules Apply to both our facilities
1.) No drug or alcohol use permitted on or off the premises.
2.) All residents agree to random periodic drug and alcohol screenings.
3.) No Fighting
4.) No Stealing
5.) No gambling
6.) All residents agree to find and obtain gainful employment within thirty days of admittance.
7..) All residents must attend five sanctioned A.A. or N.A. meetings per week.
8.) All residents must confirm their A.A. and N.A. attendance to the Staff via a meeting book.
9.) All residents agree to find and obtain a sponsor within thirty days of admittance.
10.) All residents agree to be actively working the steps of A.A. or N.A with a sponsor within 90days of Admittance.
11.) All residents must agree to help keep the house clean.
12.) All residents agree to perform and carry out a designated chore.
13.) All residents agree to keep their rooms clean and tidy.
14.) No overnight guests.
15.) All Residents are permitted to have visitors provided a staff member clears them in advance.
16.) All Residents are required to pay rent weekly.
17.) Rent is due every Friday in advance payment for the following week and must be given to the designated staff member.
18.) All Residents are allowed overnight furloughs after thirty days of admittance.
19.) All residents may have a vehicle after 30 days provided it meets the legal standards set by the State of Connecticut, and there is parking available
20.) All prescription medication must be cleared by a licensed physician.
21.) All personal belongings are subject to inspection randomly.
22.) Upon discharge all personal belongings must be removed from the premises within two days or they will be donated to charity.
23.) All residents must provide written notifiction two weeks prior to their intended discharge date.

24.) Curfew is 12am Sun- Thurs and 2am Friday and Saturday.
